TEAM

Gina Dougherty is Owner and Lead Designer of Fusion Design Consulting. She has extensive training in Staging and Design and many years of experience creating spaces that sell! Gina is a graduate of UCLA and a California native from Hermosa Beach.

Alan Lang is responsible for Marketing, Operations, and Technology. He received BS & MS degrees in Computer Engineering from UCLA & UCSB and previously held leadership positions at a number of tech startups. Alan is originally from Chile and has lived in the South Bay over 30 years.

Nicole Niquette is a Residential Agent and top producer for Keller Williams Beach Cities. She's originally from Detroit Michigan and studied Fashion Design in London and Paris, receiving her ASP Staging Designation in 2016. With her background, experience in Real Estate and strong sense of Design Nicole is able to provide the professional partnership and quality service required to transform any home into an appealing property that sells.

Jose Irias is a long-time member and key contributor of the team. He brings many years of experience in staging & design, trucking, and logistics to his role of Operations Manager.
